millet in the middle of a colonized cranium;
documenting data on the tokenized tribe;
stories about settlers perceiving the people
through the limited lens of their emotionless eyes;
samples of saliva stored in sterile institutions,
a stolen substance excavated, taken and appropriated;
biomatter, theory, knowledge, doesn't really matter--
in the end, on stolen land, the colonist will conquer.
immoral institutions continue to perpetrate
methods and tactics designed to assimilate,
decimate, abrogate, dominate, immolate,
vulgarize, ostracize, stigmatize, scandalize,
synchronize, organize, centralize, analyze,
sanitize, euphemize, anglicize, globalize,
fantasize, publicize, merchandize, monetize,
eulogize, traumatize, westernize, colonize
through the limited lens of their emotionless eyes.
human blood, breath, and bone line the shelves of scientists,
borne of the thoughts penned by grave-robbing terrorists,
hand-written field notes defending the removal
of aboriginal ancestors there from time immemorial.
under God's watchful eye, action sanctioned by the Bible,
the West can colonize, for their supremacy entitles them
to take what they want from the land and the people
while the language and the knowledge they will all make illegal.
take all the knowledge that can benefit themselves,
ignore the genocide that lies behind research itself,
weaponize, colonize, but turn your little bastard eyes
away from all the tragedy you've caused with all your
sampling, wrangling, strangling;
repeat the cycle again.
